Our Story
Astoria Granite Works has been fabricating stone in Astoria since 1917, back when a Finnish immigrant and master stonecutter first set up shop here. A century later, we’re still doing the same work: cutting, templating, and installing granite, quartz, and marble for kitchens and bathrooms up and down the Oregon coast.
Today the shop is run by Brooke and Dan. Brooke handles samples, quotes, and getting every customer the right piece for their budget. Dan measures and templates every job on-site with laser equipment, so what gets cut in the shop fits exactly the first time it’s set in place.
One thing that sets our warehouse apart: we track every remnant we have on hand. A smaller project, like a single vanity or a guest bath, can often be finished from an existing leftover piece instead of paying for a full slab.

Vanity tops fabricated and installed cleanly around your existing plumbing, cabinetry, and layout.
We track every remnant in our warehouse, so smaller projects can often be finished from material already on hand instead of a full slab.
We come to you and template every job with laser measuring equipment, so the finished piece fits exactly the first time.
Our crew handles the whole job, tear-out through cleanup, so your kitchen or bath is back in use fast.
